The room had a cozy seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I loved that each room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, perfect for entertainment. The private bathroom with a shower in every room was a convenient feature. The air conditioning in each room was a lifesaver, especially during hot summer days. The double room with a balcony, air conditioning, and soundproofing was a dream come true.
Personally, I would have preferred if every room had a balcony like the double room.

The view from our balcony was stunning, with scenic mountains and a charming village below. The rooms and SPA were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff, though new to the industry, were incredibly polite and helpful, adding to the pleasant ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.
While there is ongoing construction, it didn't affect our stay as we were there for business. Additionally, the bathroom had a lingering odor and poor ventilation, and dinner didn't live up to our expectations.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and facilities provided. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and attended to all our needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views from the rooms with big terraces on the first floor. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. The reviews I read mentioned the mekitsi, which I have to agree, were simply mouth-watering.
Absolutely nothing to fault at this hotel.

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel with my family. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds and pillows. It was also amazing that the hotel had a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. the restaurant offered delicious food with a great menu. It was excellent that they had a free parking facility for our car. Staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
The spa facilities were not as expected. the pool was too small, and there weren't enough loungers for everyone.

The hotel offers free parking and the location is convenient for my business meetings. The room is spacious and it has a desk with a comfortable chair to work on my laptop. The Wi-Fi signal is also strong and reliable. The bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast is good and includes a variety of food options.
Throughout my stay, I noticed that the staff did not seem very happy or friendly. When I checked in, the receptionist appeared annoyed with my questions.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Ognyanovo! The value for money was unbeatable and the room was top-notch, clean and comfortable. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and the village below. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.
The only thing that could have been better for breakfast was the organization of the buffet. There were a lot of people crowded together and it would have been nicer to have a bit more space.
